CNDH issues a Recommendation to the Governor of Chihuahua and the CEDH for a case of inadequate medical attention

The victim was left incapable of physical activity.

The National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) issued Recommendation 12/2021 to the Governor of the State of Chihuahua, Javier Corral Jurado, for not accepting a Recommendation of the State Human Rights Commission (CEDH) regarding a case of inadequate medical attention; as well as to the President of said entity, Néstor Manuel Armendáriz Loya, for the content and scope of the same.
