On October 1, 2017, the patient was admitted to the Gynecology and Obstetrics service of the aforementioned Clinic, where she was informed that she was in labor and was given oxytocin to accelerate dilation. When the victim’s labor pains intensified, the doctor told her that “she was in the right conditions to relieve herself well, that she would wait longer”.
