Investigation for presumed violation of the human rights of people in the context of mobility

A group of experts and investigators from the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) conducted ministerial investigations in the vicinity of the municipalities of Camargo and Gustavo Díaz Ordaz, Tamaulipas, where a burnt vehicle and 19 burnt bodies were found, 16 of which correspond to Guatemalan nationals, who were allegedly taken from a “safe house”.

These facts propitiated that the president of this National Organism, Rosario Piedra Ibarra, ordered the initiation of an investigation due to the fact that these are alleged human rights violations against people in the context of migration.
